Staff Development and Training
SBW Partners offers half-day, full-day, and multi-day training sessions tailored to the needs of agencies. We have the resources and knowledge to prepare a curriculum that will engage, motivate and educate your staff. In consultation with agency administrators and supervisors, we design a curriculum that converts state-of-the-art knowledge about your area of interest to practice and supervisory and mentoring skills that can be employed on an agency basis by all levels of staff.
